G360 Marketing ("G360 Marketing", "we", "us", or "our") provides website design, local search optimization, and optional paid advertising services to small businesses across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through g360marketing.com(the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on the Site — for example, requesting a call back or starting the "Get Started" plan sign-up — we collect what you type into that form, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, business type, service area, and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use standard analytics tooling (Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and general usage patterns. This does not include the contents of the forms you fill out; see "Cookies and Analytics" below for details.
Payment information. If you sign up for a paid plan, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your card number or other payment credentials — Stripe collects that information directly, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information

- To set up and deliver the services included in your plan
- To send you account, billing, and service-related communications
- To improve the Site and understand how visitors use it
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure site usage and the performance of our marketing. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Site function. If you arrive at the Site through a paid ad, we may also read campaign parameters in the URL (like utm_source) to understand which campaign referred you — this is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage and is not linked to your form submissions unless you submit a form in that same browser session.
How We Share Information
We share information only with the following types of parties:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services — for example, Stripe for payments and Google for analytics/tag management — under their own privacy terms
- Legal reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety ofG360 Marketing, our customers, or others
- A business transfer — if G360 Marketing is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.
Your Privacy Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us what we've collected, by emailing info@g360marketing.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we've collected about you and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
